Code of Conduct

The OchoCast project is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all contributors, users and community members.

Our commitments​

To foster an open and welcoming environment, we commit to making participation in our project and community harassment-free for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, experience level, nationality, appearance, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Our standards​

Behaviors that contribute to a positive environment include:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • Respecting different viewpoints and experiences
  • Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • Focusing on what is best for the community
  • Showing empathy toward other community members

Unacceptable behavior​

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Sexualized language or imagery, and unwelcome sexual attention
  • Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
  • Harassment, whether public or private
  • Publishing private information about others without explicit permission
  • Any other conduct that is inappropriate in a professional setting

Our responsibilities​

Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying standards of acceptable behavior and taking appropriate and fair corrective action in response to unacceptable behavior.

Enforcement​

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project team. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated, and appropriate action will be taken based on the circumstances.
